By using this website or placing an Order through it (regardless of the medium or device), you accept these Purchase Conditions, as well as the Privacy and Cookies Policy.
Our Purchase Conditions comply with current regulations. NATANA may modify these Purchase Conditions at any time. However, any modifications will not affect previous or current orders, but will apply to future orders.
NATANA may, at any time, decide on specific terms and conditions that differ from those detailed here for certain sales, promotions, and/or products. These terms and conditions will take precedence over these Purchase Conditions. However, these conditions may not affect past or current orders.
Availability of the sales service
In order to purchase our products through our website, the Customer must:
- Be over 18 years old
- Make your purchase from one of the countries where NATANA sells and ships. To find out which countries our sales and shipping services are available in, please visit the "Shipping" section.
- Be a consumer or end customer, meaning anyone who purchases products solely for their own final use and for purposes unrelated to their commercial activity, business, trade, or profession. Purchases for commercial purposes are not permitted. The products described on our website and any samples we provide are for personal use only. The Customer may not sell or resell such products and/or samples.
- Have a valid debit and/or credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or use one of the payment methods that the NATANA website allows.
- Provide the personal information requested when placing your Order or registering.
Our Products
On our website, users can find all the information related to our products, including technical descriptions, lists of ingredients, instructions for use, and photographs illustrating the products.

Regarding our products, NATANA will offer a Customer Service to answer questions about skin care and provide additional information, providing support regarding our products, their benefits and properties, as well as their applicability. To request this service, you can contact us at hola@natanacosmetics.com and we will be happy to assist you. However, the recommendations issued by NATANA should not be considered medical advice or specialized professional advice, and use of this service is always at the user's own risk and responsibility. NATANA may always answer questions about its products, but will never provide medical advice. On the contrary, we always advise you to consult your dermatologist for skin problems, as they are the true specialists.
Purchasing Process
NATANA has developed a user-friendly website. It's intuitive and easy to use as you navigate.
To place an order, you must follow the online purchasing procedure that will be indicated to you.
Once you've selected your product(s) and want to complete your purchase, you'll be prompted to register as a Customer if you haven't already. For this final step, you'll need to create a personal profile on our website. If you've already created one, you can proceed with your purchase by logging in with your email address and password.
Likewise, to proceed with your purchase, you must accept our privacy and cookie policies. Without accepting these policies, you will not be able to complete your order. We recommend that you read them carefully.
Products and Packs: definition
The user may purchase PRODUCTS individually or in groups called PACKS on the NATANA website.
PACK grouping is designed with a view to routinely applying multiple products, or to purchasing products that the user uses the most. PACK prices are lower than the direct sum of the individual products they comprise. Under no circumstances is this a discount code, even if it is a promotional code. PACKS are products in themselves, and therefore any type of discount or temporary promotion that NATANA offers on its products may be applied to them. PACKS are also products to which registration discounts or other discounts applicable to individual products may be applied.
Prices, Promo Codes and Offers
PRICE
Products and packs will be sold at the prices indicated on our website.
All prices include VAT. The prices on our website are retail prices and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
At the time of order confirmation by the Customer, the one that collects the order will be valid.
The prices shown on our website may change at any time. These changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you a confirmation email.
The prices shown on the website exclude shipping costs. If your order is subject to shipping costs, please note that these vary depending on the value of the products purchased and the country or region where delivery is to be made.
In the Shipping section, we detail the minimum purchase amounts for free shipping. For example, for mainland Spain , shipping is free for purchases over 30 euros. For various EU countries, shipping must be over 49 euros, and shipping will also be free for purchases over this amount.
PROMOTIONAL CODES AND OFFERS
NATANA reserves the right to run promotions and offers on its website as it deems appropriate.
In the case of a special promotion, it will be applied automatically upon completion of your Order or through a promotional code, or directly through the website if it is an internal promotion, as indicated in each case.
If the user has a discount coupon, they must enter it before completing their purchase in the space provided and ensure that the discount has been applied, which will be automatically deducted from the order total.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions and offers cannot be combined with other promotions or offers the user may have. This means that only one discount coupon can be used per order. However, you can reserve promotional coupons for future purchases as long as they have not expired and you meet the applicable conditions.
Likewise, if a promotional discount is applied directly to the prices of products on our website, it will not be possible to enter coupons since, as indicated, coupons and/or discounts cannot be combined.
NATANA may limit the applicability of promotions and offers at any time. Examples include applying promotional codes and offers to a minimum purchase, limiting the duration of the offer (the promotional coupon has expired), etc.
Unless there is a special NATANA promotion regarding shipping costs, promotional coupons or codes will never apply to shipping costs.
Product packs may be eligible for promotions and offers.
Gift Cards: Gift Card and e-Gift Card
Many times we want to buy something special or give a gift to someone special, but we want this person to also be free to choose their gift.
For all these cases and many more NATANA has a special gift:
- Physical Gift Card: GIF CARD
- Electronic Gift Card: e-GIFT CARD
Both have the same purchasing process for the user.
It's very easy, we'll explain how to do it:
1) Choose the card you want to give as a gift.
2) Choose your card amount: preset amounts are 30, 50, 80, 100, 120, and 150 euros.
3) Add the card to your cart and complete the purchase with your details. We will physically send the gift card to the address you provide, and you will receive an email with confirmation and purchase details.
4) We will send you the e-card only via email so you can forward it or cut it out once purchased and give it to someone by hand.
5) The person who receives the Gift Card can use it to purchase any of our products using the code that will appear on the card they will physically receive.
6) The person who receives the e-Gift Card can use it to purchase any of our products using the code that will appear in the email you receive, below the card image.

And you might ask, what does a person do when they pay with an e-Gift Card or a Gift Card and have money left over from the purchase?
The card will work like a voucher. That is, we'll only deduct what you spend. When you insert it again, you'll have the balance on the card and can use it on your second purchase, as long as it doesn't exceed the card's expiration date.
And you might ask, "Are cards a payment method? Isn't anything else needed?"
Gift cards and e-gift cards are payment methods. This payment will be made when you validate the card code by entering it at the end of the transaction, just as you would with a promotional code. Enter the card code in the designated area before validating the purchase. Once completed, you can complete the purchase, and the card will be applied to your purchase.
Payment Methods
The Customer may use a debit and/or credit card (VISA or MasterCard) as a payment method through the Addon Payments payment gateway, which is a secure payment method.
Transactions made through our payment gateway mean that payments are made directly to our customers, and NATANA will not have access to the customers' banking information.
NATANA COSMETICS SL will not accept debit and/or credit cards other than those indicated above and/or with billing and/or delivery addresses located outside the countries where NATANA markets and ships and detailed in the SHIPPING section of this website.
By clicking "Pay Now," the user confirms that the card is their own. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your card details will be encrypted. Cards are subject to verification and authorization by the card issuer, but if the issuer does not authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery, and the contract cannot be concluded. The user's credit card will be charged when the order is placed and NATANA receives the information.
Gift cards and e-gift cards are payment methods.
If you wish, we also offer Bizum as a payment method.
Shipping and Returns

In the SHIPPING section, you'll find details of all shipping procedures and prices, as well as the minimum order amount above which shipping costs are free for the user.

Partial Nullity
If any of these Terms and Conditions or any provision of a contract is declared null and void by a final decision issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in force, without being affected by said declaration of nullity.
Applicable legislation and conflict resolution
These Purchase Conditions and, consequently, the corresponding electronic Contract entered into, shall be governed by Spanish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona (Spain).
