Cyberattacks on NATANA or its technology partners, directly or indirectly. Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government or public authority. Service disruptions due to a product recall.

NATANA's obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure events, and NATANA will attempt to remedy the consequences once the force majeure events have ended in order to restore the initial conditions, putting, if possible, reasonable means or trying to find a solution to the case that arises.

The contract is binding on both the user and NATANA. Furthermore, in the event of a transfer of the website, it will be binding on NATANA's respective successors, assigns, and legal representatives. Conversely, the user may not assign, transfer, encumber, or otherwise dispose of the contract or any of the rights or obligations arising from it.
