Summer is the time of year when our skin faces extreme environmental conditions.

We have increased exposure to the sun, one of the skin's main enemies, chlorine, air conditioning, and so on, and yet we skip applying our treatments or don't do so as religiously as the rest of the year.

How can we take care of our skin in summer?

Our skin is a vital organ , composed of bacteria, fungi, and viruses that coexist in balance and are known as the skin microbiota. Having a balanced microbiota is the first protective barrier against external aggressions , which is why we need to take care of it 365 days a year, and even more so in the summer!
