How does the weather affect the skin?
These are the paradoxes of modern life. While the field of health and beauty is evolving at a dizzying pace thanks to scientific advances, the dangers to our skin and our bodies are increasing almost as rapidly.
One of the new workhorses is climate change.
It directly affects the skin for one essential reason: it disrupts the ozone layer—it's becoming increasingly thinner—and, therefore, significantly increases the incidence of sunlight, which causes skin aging, by almost 80%. However, due to climate change, these alarming figures are only going to increase, leading to a greater number of wrinkles, sagging skin, blemishes, and hypersensitivity.
And if that weren't enough, temperatures are expected to rise by between 3 and 6 degrees. This means less humidity, less purified air, and a greater number of skin problems: from extreme dryness to reactive and allergic skin.
For this reason, at Natana, we incorporate our active ingredient Lees Concentrated into our products to provide uninterrupted skin protection thanks to its powerful antioxidant properties.
A true qualitative leap, a true protective shield.
